Participate in the 1st European Congress on Health Tourism 2008 in Munich, and since then participate in the EMTC conference series for Medical Travel. He continued to chair the global IMTEC conference for Medical Travel 2013 – 2015 in Dubai.
Established in 2013, his company HCSI Intl. in Munich led and coordinated the German project works for the development of “Die Deutsche Klinik” in Qatar, a general and remote medical health center with 250 beds. Based on German medical standards, in future,it will be the teaching hospital for the University in Doha, the capital of Qatar.
Dr. Klein has advanced and developed the concepts and projects of elder's life in Greece and Spain on behalf of Rehab Centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. He is a excellent coordinator and influencer and often writes blogs about healthy ageing environments and healthy living conditions.
Since May 2017, he has taken the position of Executive Director of AIRS (Inst. for the Advancement of International Standards) in Jacksonhole, Orenda Tribe, Yenqing/Beijing and been responsible for conferences, events and development of standards in the sub-health and rehabilitation sectors.
